At Beauty of All Skins, every product is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at support@beautyofallskins.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or as part of limited-edition collections are considered final sale.

To ensure you receive exactly what you love, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, contact us at allfaces1@outlook.com and we’ll assist immediately.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Our Client Care team will ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

For safety and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

• Gift cards and sale items
